Gondia education society is a pioneering education society of eastern vidharbha. The society was founded by great visionary and saint of education Late Manoharbhaiji Patel in 1958 to kindle light of education in socially, economically & backwardly deprived society. S. S. Girls’ College is one of the most leading girls’ College in the Gondia district affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. It is flourishing under the presidentship of Mrs. Varsha Praful Patel.
The college was started with its goal centered firmly around women’s program in educational, social and cultural fields. I am greatly pleased & amused that college is running many job oriented and indigenous course for social development and employment. It is very appreciable that college is making all efforts to groom the all round personality development of the girl’s students and make them employable to withstand global competition.
